While you still use the World of Warcraft client to connect, you STILL must follow Blizzards Terms Of Use Agreement and EULA which can be found on their website by going to http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html and http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/eula.html

Violation of TOU and EULA will lead to temporary or permanent banning from the Developing Server. Further violations will lead to more bannings or will be taken into legal actions.
